An image taken of the famous Clydeport Crane on Glasgow's Waterfront as the Sun sets.

The Finnieston Crane was the last of its kind to be put into operation on the River Clyde. It did its work from 1932 to 1969. But then heavy industry moved away and the quayside was decommissioned, as was the crane. But unlike some of its colleagues, it was allowed to remain standing. As a symbol of its time. It stands there now, unchanged, while its surroundings have changed. New buildings in a modern style have been erected on the former Finnieston Quay.

Discover a piece of industrial history with this iconic Clydeport Crane, a stunning fixture located by the waterfront. Perfect for both collectors and monumental displays, this crane boasts a robust structure that is as enduring as its historical significance. The towering height and intricate design make it a unique acquisition for enthusiasts of industrial heritage. With its striking steel frame and vintage charm, the Clydeport Crane is not just a collector's item but a conversation starter.
